Taking place in the heart of Manhattan, Aje debuted a curation of looks from its highly anticipated Summer 23 ‘Lumen’ collection in an immersive presentation at New York Fashion Week ahead of its release next February.

Hosting a select group of industry insiders, members of the international style set attended the invite-only showcase. Global tastemakers including Natalie Suarez and Chriselle Lim, amongst others, made appearances, with many of the guests elegantly attired in looks from Aje’s Resort 23 ‘Sculptura’ collection.

An oasis of architectural curves and artistic lighting, Aje’s Summer 23 presentation took place Friday, 9th of September at the Roll & Hill showroom, located in the hub of fashion week in the city’s famous SoHo neighbourhood.

A veritable white canvas for the dawn-inspired collection, the vast open space was transformed into a light-filled sculpture garden, redolent of Aje’s intrinsic appreciation for both nature and art.

Envisioned in collaboration with REPLICA, a leading New York-based production studio, mannequins adorned with looks from Summer 23 ‘Lumen’ stood amongst natural stone islands, organic sculptures, and Australian eucalyptus and protea plants, with the collection’s accessories artfully suspended midair to create an alluring sense of space, enveloping attendees in the collection.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted by Aje Co-founder and CEO Adrian Norris, who detailed the evolution and inspiration behind ‘Lumen’, leading each one through the series of looks on display.

While perusing the pieces, leading fashion editors, Aje Women, and international tastemakers indulged in a multisensory assortment of canapés inspired by the abundance of summer and created by renowned New York cuisinier, Chef Woldy Reyes of Woldy Kusina.
