This policy applies to all purchases made online at ajeworld.co.nz. Please contact your closest Aje Boutique for more information about our in store returns policy.

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Aje, as we operate as separate entities.

Aje reserves the right to cancel any order placed online if,

- The item is unavailable.

- We are unable to obtain authorisation for payment.

- We have identified an error with the product listing.

- You fail our customer validation checks.

- We believe you are generating orders for commercial gain and not personal use.

Full Priced Items

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

Sale Items

Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code (for example Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.

End of Summer Sale

Commences from 7am 24/03/2022 AEDT while stocks last and/or unless otherwise withdrawn or extended. Offer excludes Summer 22 'Sequence' product, selected Aje accessories, selected AJE ATHLETICA apparel and Gift Vouchers. Offer valid through ajeworld.com.nz, and in Aje stores. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Offer cannot be applied to previously purchased items. Aje reserves the right to exclude items from sale and/or remove products during the promotional period. Advertised prices are subject to change without notice, orders placed will not be amended. Jewellery and Shoes

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

Conditions of Return

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

  • The item/s were purchased from the Aje e-Boutique.
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Your order will be returned to us within 21 days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Aje without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.
