Holiday delivery order-by dates: Standard – midnight, Monday 15 December 2025. Express – midnight, Thursday 18 December 2025.

Allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, picked and packed in our warehouse before being handed to DHL. 

During Black Friday & Cyber Monday (13th November 5 pm – 2nd December), all orders will be shipped via Express Shipping: delivery is estimated within 5 business days. Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on network congestion. Keep your tracking number handy to track your parcel via the DHL website.  

Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW/AU public holidays.

All orders are delivered through DHL, these parcels may require a signature on delivery.

If the receiver gives the courier a signature release The Aje Collective is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing or is stolen, regrettably, The Aje Collective will not be able to refund or resend the parcel in this instance. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered please contact customer care immediately.

We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. This will also have our ABN and can be used to claim tax when leaving Australia. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
