Online Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made online at ajeworld.co.nz for Aje and AJE ATHLETICA. Please refer to our store return policy below for more information about our in store returns policy. Alternatively, please reach out to your local Aje Boutiques for more information.

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Aje, as we operate as separate entities.

FULL PRICED ITEMS

Items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit.

SALE ITEMS

Items that have been purchased on mark down are eligible for an e-Boutique credit only.

PROMOTIONAL CODES OR FLASH SALE

Items that have been purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount applied at checkout (E.g. Black Friday & Cyber Monday, Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. 

HOLIDAY GIFT SETS

All Holiday Gift Sets and Athletica Shop The Look Sets fall under the sale return policy and cannot be returned for a refund. If you wish to return one, or both items within your set you are eligible for a credit note which is valid for 12 months.

FINAL SALE

For all products marked with FINAL SALE, there is a strict no returns, exchange or refund policy, unless your item is deemed faulty. All items purchased in the Aje Online Warehouse Sale are final sale.

EXCHANGES

Sadly, we cannot facilitate exchanges via our website for Aje or AJE ATHLETICA. We invite you to visit your local Aje boutique. Should they have the item available, you are able to process an exchange in store with us. Alternatively, we invite you to send your item back for a credit note so you are able to place a new order.

All items purchased using the 10% off welcome code are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit. 

JEWELLERY AND SHOES

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

FAULTY RETURNS

We hope you never receive a faulty item and are so sorry to hear you may have, we understand this is really disappointing. So we are able to best assist you please email your order number, images of the fault and a small description to customerservice@ajeworld.com.

If something you ordered has a minor fault, we will assist to organise a replacement or a repair. If your garment is deemed to have a major fault you have the option of a replacement, refund or credit note.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

• The item/s were purchased from the Aje e-Boutique.
• The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
• All tags are still attached.
• Your order will be returned to us within twenty one (21) days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Aje without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.

Once you have submitted your return online, there are a few different ways you can send your return back to us. You can post it back to our warehouse or you can visit your nearest Aje Boutique and return your item in store.

After submitting a return request, you will receive an email notification with a Returns Authorisation Number and the Return Address for your parcel.

Aje is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.

IN STORE 

Please visit your local Aje store to return your online order. Please note, our Boutiques simply act as a drop-off point. Once you've returned it to a store, your credit/refund will be issued by our Returns Team within 1-3 business days.

IN STORE RETURNS POLICY

Aje stores do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Our in store returns policy is 7 days, whereby we will exchange or issue a store credit upon presentation of a receipt.

Garments must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags attached. Shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale merchandise unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

All purchases on jewellery are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for jewellery unless deemed faulty by our team.
