For orders over $300, enjoy complimentary express shipping.
Allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, picked, and packed in our warehouse, and then handed to DHL.
From there, delivery will take 1-2 business days for metro areas and 2-3 business days for other regions.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on network congestion. We recommend having your tracking number easily available so you can track your parcel's journey via the DHL website.
Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW/AUS public holidays.

All domestic orders are delivered through Australia Post, these parcels are signature on delivery. You are welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office. If an authority to leave is given or if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.
If the receiver gives the courier a signature release Aje is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing or is stolen, regrettably, Aje will not be able to refund or resend the parcel in this instance. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered please contact customer care immediately.

We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. This will also have our ABN and can be used to claim tax when leaving Australia. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
