Due to high demand over the Black Friday promotional period, we are experiencing delays in fulfilling your online orders. I want my order and can see you have the style in store, can I get it in store instead?

Yes, if you would prefer to head into your nearest store and collect your item there our retail team will assist you with a refund or an exchange.

I have contacted your Customer Service and haven’t heard back.

Due to the large number of orders taken over Black Friday and the subsequent delays our Customer Service team have been inundated with orders. They are working around the clock to respond to every single enquiry, however we understand this is taking far too long. If you have contacted our Customer Service and are waiting for a reply, we will be responding as soon as possible.

I want to know how long my order will be and how I can track my order status.

You will receive email notifications as and when your orders move through different stages of fulfillment. The first email notification you will receive is when your order has been processed which means our team have packed your order and have it ready for Australia Post to collect. From here you will receive a second email once Australia Post have collected the order. Once the parcel is with Australia Post you will be assigned an active tracking link where you can access the estimated delivery date. This link is available via the email and also via our online chat function on our website.

What You Need To Know

All domestic orders are delivered through Australia Post, these parcels are signature on delivery. You are welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office. If an authority to leave is given or if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.

If the receiver gives the courier a signature release Aje is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing or is stolen, regrettably, Aje will not be able to refund or resend the parcel in this instance. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered please contact customer care immediately.

Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

Changes To Your Order & Cancellations.

Order Information

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. This will also have our ABN and can be used to claim tax when leaving Australia. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
